Growing up outside of Buffalo, NY, I dreamed of moving to a place where the weather was warm year-round and the community was inviting, vibrant and growing. After graduating from College, I headed for California and the place I would call home — Long Beach.
At that time, I had no idea what I was going to do or how I was going to do it. That's the great thing about California — the possibilities are truly limitless.
Over the course of 20+ years, I have owned my own advertising, marketing and product businesses, worked in large corporate and small 'boutique' environments, and have gathered a wealth of experience and expertise that I use every day.
A few years ago, I stumbled into real estate, albeit kicking and screaming.
Today, there is nothing better in my professional life that I like to do more than help people realize the dream of buying or selling their home.

Kris would be the first to say, "My mother made me do it". In 1982, her mother Alma, a successful Realtor® herself, convinced Kris to join her in selling Real Estate. In 1986, they opened an independent office Boardwalk Properties. There Kris managed 40+ agents and built a successful company. After a chance meeting with Phil Jones (another owner/broker), Kris opened a Coldwell Banker Office with him. One thing led to another and in 2003, Kris, Phil and four other partners came together to start Coldwell Banker Coastal Alliance.
Within a couple of years, Coldwell Banker (CB) Coastal Alliance became the #1 Real Estate Company in Long Beach. Today, CB Coastal Alliance continues to pave the way in real estate by putting unmatched value, investment and service in everything they do for their agents and clients.
